2. Leave a few Minutes to Moisturize

A moisturizer can go a long way to protecting your skin during the summer. Nourishing and treating damaged skin is only the beginning. Try putting your hands on a moisturizer with hemp seed oil. It helps lock in the skin’s natural moisture and prevents excess sebum production – two essential qualities of a harsh summer.

3. Modify your diet

Consuming the right foods is a must during the summer. Include plenty of fruits and vegetables in your diet. “They contain essential vitamins, nutrients, and antioxidants that boost collagen production, reduce inflammation, and protect your skin from the harmful effects of the sun,”

4. Don’t overlook hair care

UVA and UVB rays can damage the outer covering of the hair strand, known as the cuticle, causing dullness and split ends. A simple way to prevent this is to use hair cream, preferably with nourishing ingredients such as argan oil and peppermint. These ingredients protect your hair from UV damage, moisturize the scalp and boost hair strength.
